How much time do you need to plan?
The amount of time needed to plan a celebration can vary depending on the complexity and scale of the event, as well as personal preferences. Here are some guidelines for each:
BIRTHDAY PARTY, SHOWER OR SPECIAL CELEBRATION:
Simple Gathering: For a small and straightforward gathering with friends and family, one month of planning may be sufficient. This includes deciding on a theme, and coordinating with any vendors if needed.
Elaborate Celebration: If the party involves a larger guest list, a themed decor, or specific entertainment, it's advisable to start planning at least 3 months. This allows ample time to coordinate with your venue, book vendors, select and execute decor, and handle any special arrangements.WEDDINGS:
Intimate Wedding: For a small and intimate wedding with a simple setup, a minimum of 6 months of planning is recommended. This allows time to book essential services, such as the venue, catering, decor, and photography.
Medium-Sized Wedding: If the wedding is of moderate size and includes additional elements like floral arrangements, a more extensive guest list, and a specific theme, it's advisable to start planning at least 12 months in advance. This timeline provides the flexibility to secure popular vendors and plan all the details.
Large Wedding: For larger and more elaborate weddings with complex logistics, multiple events, and a large guest list, it's recommended to start planning a year or more in advance. This extended timeline is crucial for securing in-demand venues, popular vendors, florists, and accommodating intricate details.
Keep in mind that these are general guidelines, and some individuals may prefer a longer or shorter planning period based on their specific needs and circumstances. Additionally, popular venues and vendors may require booking well in advance, so it's advisable to start the planning process as early as possible.

Are deposits refundable?
Please note that deposits for event planning and decor services are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the extensive planning and preparation efforts that take place well in advance. The deposit ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources, coordinate with vendors, and make all the essential arrangements to guarantee a successful and seamless event experience for you. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as it allows us to deliver the highest level of service and attention to detail for your event.
What if there’s an emergency? Can we change the date or details without additional fees?
We understand that life happens and we’ll work with you to best accommodate a rescheduling to a later available date without incurring any additional fees. Your initial deposit will be credited and any changes in pricing or availability of vendors will be discussed. Please note that we cannot control the policies of our vendors, but will work with you to minimize any fees associated with rescheduling your event.
